How does the $200 deposit work?

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your whole, half, or quarter beef. The deposit is deducted from your final balance once the dressed weight is known.

When is my final balance due?

Once the processor determines the dressed weight, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance with your $200 deposit deducted. Full payment is required before pickup.

What cuts can I choose?

Available cuts include sirloin, ribeye, T-bone, KC strip, filets, minute and round steaks; chuck, arm, Pikes Peak, rump and sirloin tip roasts; short ribs, brisket, soup bones, stew meat, and ground beef.

Can I reserve beef for a future month?

Yes. Open processing slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, but you can request a whole, half, or quarter beef for a future month in your order notes.

What is hanging weight?
